Banana Bread Overnight Oats

BREAKFAST!

Ok so I might always say that breakfast is not my favorite meal of the day and it is true but it doesn't mean it's less important or needs to be less yummy. I like to have good food all day long!

I am a big fan of preparing my food ahead of time so whether that's proper meal prep or just cooking bigger portions it makes my life easier and avoids these "I am so hungry I can't wait for the food to cook so I might as well order unhealthy food" moments.

When it comes to breakfast all it takes is a couple of minutes the night before.

This banana bread overnight oats recipe is delicious and quick.

What you need:

- 1/2 mashed ripe banana

- 1/2 cup rolled oats regular or gluten free

- 1/2 cup milk of choice

- Chopped walnuts

- Dash cinnamon

- Dash of sea salt

- 1 tsp honey

How to:

- Super easy, just mix it all up in a big bowl or jar. I like to use a mason jar with a lock (looks pretty and easy to carry if needed).

- Refrigerate overnight.

- Garnish with some sliced banana or more nuts if you want

ENJOY!

Happy Healthy Living,

Sirine
